I really liked the vibe of the aquarium. The darker ocean sections was super cool, and the rainforest area feel like you’re walking into a whole different place. It’s not just staring at tanks, the way everything is set up made it more fun to wander around.

I’d give it 4 stars because a few areas got crowded and kind of loud, so I couldn’t always slow down and enjoy it like I wanted. But overall I had a good time, and it’s definitely a place that stick in your memory.

I really wanted to give this place a fair shot, but the location made the whole visit feel like such a hassle from the start. It’s far out of the way, and by the time I dealt with the traffic getting there and then had to figure out the parking situation, I was already kind of over it. The visit itself just didn’t feel worth all the extra time and effort it took to get in and out. Maybe it’s fine if you live nearby, but for me, it was way too much of a headache.

I bought my tickets online and it did work, so no major complaints there. The checkout page was just a little slow and kind of confusing, which made the process feel less smooth than it should have. I got the confirmation email after a few minutes, so it all turned out fine. Not a terrible experience, just "could be smoother."

The place was fine, but I kind of had that immediate “wait, they’re closing already?” reaction. The hours were okay overall, just shorter than I expected.

I ended up canceling my visit and figured getting a refund would be straightforward. Nope. Welcome to the Refund Runaround Department. The process was confusing, slow, and I kept having to check back like some kind of unpaid follow-up manager. Maybe there was fine print I missed, but it felt like nobody was too eager to help. Left a bad taste and didn’t exactly scream “we care about our customers.”

It was way too crowded to find many good photo spots, and the glass glare pretty much ruined most of our pictures. Not totally sure what we expected, but the setup definitely didn’t help.

I thought the aquarium was laid out well overall. Most of the areas were easy to find, so we didn’t feel like we were wandering around confused. A couple spots got a little cramped when it was busy, but it was Still simple to walk through and enjoy.

Checking in was easy overall. We had our tickets pulled up on our phones, and the staff scanned them really quickly. There was a short line when we arrived, but it moved faster than I thought it would. The signs could be a little clearer for people visiting for the first time, but it wasn’t a big deal. It made for a nice, stress-free start to the visit, and I’d definitely use this entry process again...

I’ve always liked this aquarium and want to keep supporting it, especially because the kids usually have a great time there. I’ll probably come back because I do like the place, but they really need to figure out the parking situation.

The prices is crazy for what you get. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but it still felt like I paid way more than it was worth.

Took my kids to Living Planet Aquarium it was a good visit. The place was really clean for how busy it was — the tanks looked clear, the floors weren’t gross, and the bathrooms were actually way better than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. I was impressed, but also kind of annoyed because a couple tables in the food area definitely needed to be wiped down, and one trash can was really full. Not the end of the world or anything, just something I noticed. Overall we had a fun time and I’d still go back

I stopped by the gift shop expecting a bit more, but there just wasn’t much to look at. Most of it was the same basic souveniers you see everywhere, so I didn’t end up buying anything.

I wanted to like it, I really did, but the whole experience just felt crowded and kind of confusing. I kept thinking, “Wait, is this supposed to feel more premium?” because it didn’t. For the extra money, I expected things to be smoother or at least a little more enjoyable, but I mostly just felt overwhelmed. Not terrible, but I probably wouldn’t pay extra for it again.

I wanted to enjoy it, but it was just way too warm inside, haha. It made it kind of hard to relax and stay comfortable.

I used livingplanetaquarium.org to check the hours and buy tickets before going with my sister. The site was easy to navigate and loaded fine on my phone. Most of the info was clear, though a couple of pages felt a little crowded and I had to click around more than I expected. Overall, it worked well and I didn’t run into any major issues.

This didn’t feel family friendly at all. I was disappointed with the experience, especially since I expected a place that would be comfortable and appropriate for everyone. Given how things went, I do think some kind of compensation or refund would be fair.

I signed up for the membership thinking it would be simple to handle online, but it was confusing right away. I couldn’t easily find my renewal details or figure out where to update anything, which felt ridiculous?!
When I reached out for help, it took longer than I expected and I kept having to explain the same thing again. It just wasn’t worth the hassle for me, and they really need to make managing a membership way easier.

The aquarium itself was really nice, but yeah, the accessibility side of things was kind of disappointing. Some spots were hard to get through with a wheelchair, and the signs weren’t always super clear, which made it a little frustrating. The staff did try to help, to be fair, but it felt like they weren’t fully prepared for it. For the price, I guess I just expected better accommodations.

I went with my kids for an educational day out, and overall it was a decent experience. The animal talks were really nice, and the staff did a good job answering questions. That said, a few parts felt kind of rushed, and it was hard to hear at times with the crowd. The exhibits were cool, but I really wish there had been more hands-on activities for older kids. Not an amazing trip, but not bad either

I went in hoping for a fun visit, but most of the animals just looked bored and there wasn’t much going on. It felt kind of quiet and underwhelming overall. Then again, maybe they were just having an off day, who knows, animals have moods too.
